enthusiastic. The people side. Games and stories appeal to the part of our brain that holds our beliefs, but can't speak. To change an organization, you have to change belief. Beliefs are not convinced through bullet points in a presentation, but through connections to others and to a broader purpose. Our tools here are based in improvement theory greats such as Deming, Herzberg, Kano, and Senge.
improvement. The process side. The methods we use to help leaders include Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Learning Organization, Communication and Learning Theory. We pull out the ones you need and advise you on the next shot, like a good caddy.
gamification. We "gamify" processes for teams to see new possibilities and as a testing ground for process changes. Often the games are metaphorical representations of the real process. We also build games for team building that work on communication, trust, and risk management.
